How It Works

Kickoff Gathering (2–3 hours)

Experience grounding practices and set intentions for the journey.

Weekly Sessions 

90 minutes each, 

Wednesdays 7-8:30 pm

Grounding practice → nervous system regulation tool.
Focused teaching → nutrition, hormones, digestion, metabolism, sleep, or stress.
Community breakout rooms → accountability and connection.
Individualized Q&A → a chance to ask me your questions and get direct support.
Integration practice → journaling, reflection, or somatic exercise to bring into daily life.

Your Guide

Hi! If you don’t know me, I am Dr. Jada. 

I’m a Naturopathic Doctor and a woman who has walked this same path. I have been in private practice for 18 years, and I have helped thousands of women understand their health and make incredible transformations. 

My background in somatic experiencing and mind-body healing allows me to support your nervous system, which is the foundation for true health and vitality. 

I created Vitality Reset to bridge the gap between knowing and doing—through nervous system support, compassionate accountability, and community. Together, we’ll release weight, restore energy, balance hormones, and protect long-term health with compassion and confidence.

You don’t need another plan. You need support to follow through.

Frequency Asked Questions

Do I need to be a current client of Dr. Jada’s to sign up?

You are welcome to sign up even if you have never had an appointment with Dr. Jada, ND in the past. If it has been a long time since your last appointment or if you are in a current treatment plan, you are also more than welcome to sign up to help you stay accountable to your program or to get back-on-track with previous plans! 

How many people will be in this group?

We have a strict limit of 20 participants so that you receive personalized care and attention during your journey. 

How will I access the program?

We meet live each week on Zoom, and all teaching materials are organized in Practice Better, our secure client platform. You’ll receive your own login, where you can easily access session links, recordings, resources, and program materials all in one place.

I have specific dietary needs, is this program going to work for me?

Absolutely. Each person in our group will have unique needs and dietary requirements. The accountability and individualized support, feedback and ideas will be catered to your individual needs. 

Who is this program for?

Vitality Reset is for women who are ready to create real, sustainable change in their health. It’s especially supportive if you’ve tried diets or plans before but found it hard to stick with them, if you want to release weight with compassion, restore your energy, and improve your long-term health. 

How much time will this take each week?

You’ll attend a 90-minute live group session each week, plus a 2–3 hour kickoff gathering at the start. Between sessions, you’ll choose small, realistic action steps that fit into your lifestyle—most women spend 1–2 hours total per week on implementation.

What if I can’t attend all the live sessions?

All educational aspects of the live sessions will be recorded so you can catch up if you miss one. That said, the real transformation happens in community, so attending live whenever possible will give you the most accountability and support. We do not record any group sharing, and that is where the juiciness is! Missing one or two sessions will not stop your momentum though! 

Will I get personalized support, or is it just group learning?

Both. Each week you’ll have the chance to ask me your questions and get direct guidance. That way, you’ll benefit from the wisdom of community and have your unique needs supported.

What kind of results can I expect?

Every woman’s journey is different, but most participants should experience more consistent energy, improvements in digestion and sleep, less stress and emotional eating, gradual weight release, and greater confidence in their ability to sustain healthy habits.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

You’ll have the option to continue in the Vitality Reset Monthly Membership, where you’ll get ongoing support, seasonal health practices, and continued accountability from your community.

I’m nervous about joining a group—what if I don’t know anyone?

Most women feel that way at first. The kickoff gathering is designed to help you feel safe, welcomed, and connected right away. You’ll be surprised how quickly community becomes one of the most valuable parts of this journey.

Do I need to be local, or can I join from anywhere?

This program is fully online, and you will need to be a resident of Ontario. 

What if I am taking a GLP-1 medication, will I still get benefit from this program?

Absolutely. We will be creating a container of accountability and inspiring lasting lifestyle change. This is exactly what is needed while supporting your weight-loss journey with a GLP-1 medication.

A payment of $35 per session will be processed automatically (12 sessions total), with receipts provided for insurance reimbursement.
